Why We Built This Site
Indiana makes many court records available, yet Marion County has no single public active-warrant list. Marion Circuit Court, Marion Superior Court, Marion County Municipal Court, and Beech Grove City Court may issue process in matters they hear. The Marion County Clerk keeps the court record. The Sheriff serves warrants and uses restricted law-enforcement systems, while local police may execute authorized city process. MyCase displays eligible case entries but can omit restricted material and may lag the official file. We organize verified search, contact, and request routes so a reader can identify the issuing division and ask the proper custodian for current status.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Indiana court, the Marion County Sheriff's Office, or a state agency. There are firm limits to our role:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate search boxes displayed on some pages. Each company controls its service, results, prices, and terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports site operation. We do not control or certify partner data, and no partner result is an official Marion County warrant check.
